We have a proven track record of working with other schools and the capacity and integrity to undertake support for schools in challenging circumstances. This is by a schools for schools model and all of the support available is provided by senior and middle leaders from a wide range of school settings. If you require an SLE we would try and match an SLE with a leader or leaders in the school that requires support, liaising with the SLE and his or her own school’s Headteacher to confirm capacity and availability.
